Donate

CCYR is open for donations Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and on certain Saturdays.    We will gladly accept new or gently used clothes, shoes, household items, beds, major appliances, school supplies, and new toys.  Please call us at 256-837-2373 for pick-up of large items ($5 donation for gas, please).

Since CCYR has no repair capabilities, please do not donate items requiring repair or parts.

Please note that all donated items are provided at no charge to less fortunate local children and families.  A mother’s relief from providing her children with beds to sleep in, a grandfather’s smile from receiving a food box for the holidays, or a child’s excitement unwrapping a gift on Christmas morning.  These moments might never happen without your support and generosity.

Donate Goods

Please remember all items should be in good condition without need for parts or repair.

There are two ways to to donate goods:

1. Bring your goods to CCYR.  We accept donations Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and on certain Saurdays. 

2. Schedule our pickup service for heavy appliances or furniture. Call 256- 837-2373 to schedule a pickup.  A $5 fee will be charged to defray the cost of fuel.
